Cast-Steel Structural Components
Structural castings assessed around material integrity, load path and machining interfaces.

Robotics & intelligent equipment
We are extending established automotive manufacturing and quality-management capabilities into robotics and intelligent equipment.
Credible expansion
ANXU is not presenting itself as a mature full-range robot-parts manufacturer. We begin with component types that align with real automotive manufacturing experience, then evaluate every new requirement against the drawing, material, operating conditions and available production capability.
What we can support today
Our starting point is structural, load-bearing and selected machined parts that fit established manufacturing processes.
Structural castings assessed around material integrity, load path and machining interfaces.
Parts evaluated against operating loads, material, geometry and quality requirements.
Stable structures for machines and intelligent equipment with defined mounting surfaces.
Protective and structural housings requiring controlled casting and selected machining.
Drawing-based brackets and supports matched to practical manufacturing routes.
Selected parts reviewed individually for process fit, tolerances and supplier capability.
A drawing-led workflow
The business process begins with the real component. If it does not fit our core manufacturing base, we evaluate whether a qualified manufacturing partner has the appropriate capability.
Clarify function, loads, interfaces, material, tolerances, volume and operating conditions.
Assess whether the part fits our core cast-steel and machining capability or requires a verified partner.
Define the manufacturing route and coordinate the appropriate China-side capability.
Align dimensional, material, inspection and documentation requirements before production.
Automotive manufacturing foundation
Experience in automotive cast-steel components brings practical expectations around consistency, traceability, machining control and supplier execution.
Our manufacturing base operates under automotive-grade quality-management systems, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. Certification references apply to the relevant manufacturing entity, not automatically to every partner in the wider network.
